C4P Represents on Join Team Sarah's Blog Talk Radio Show

Our friends over at Team Sarah asked if one of us at C4P would like to be a guest on their Blog Talk Radio show, and yours truly took the plunge. Irma, from Prayer Warriors for Sarah Palin, also called in.

It was a really great show! We discussed the Going Rogue book tour, Governor Palin's recent interviews and much, much more, including some troll callers!

You can listen here. FYI, the only reason I said "uh" so much was because I was doing my best Obama impression.

Just a little insider look at Blanche Lincoln from an Arkansan. Word on the street is that she is really in trouble politically. There is a fellow named Gilbert Baker that looks very good for the Republican nomination. He has been a very popular state senator and has a very good shot at unseating Blanche. I am somewhat saddened by this situation. Blanche has been a fairly moderate, prolife Democrat.  Our other senator, Mark Pryor, actually has a much more liberal voting record than Blanche, but since he just got re-elected and is not up for several years, there's no target on his back. There are some groups running ads against her, and some of our representatives, including mine, Vic Snyder. I think it will really shake things up in our state because I think a lot of people have no idea how liberally some of our representatives are voting. Since the democrats in our state legislature tend to be fairly moderate, especially on social issues, people just assume that our nation reps are behaving the same way in Washington. My fear, however, is that if things start looking really bad for Lincoln, they will offer her some sort of consolation prize. They'll offer her to go ahead and vote for Health Care and if she doesn't get re-elected give her some sort of sweet job. I don't know, she has young kids and a physician husband and long time roots in Arkansas, so I don't know what they could offer her that she'd be willing to take the fall for. But it's scarey. Look what they did with Landrieu. In our stae, the McCain Palin ticket beat Obama by about 30 percent, and I guarantee it was for Palin as much if not more than it was for McCain. So, the next weeks will be interesting.

Thanks Damian, This is Billy. Called in from the Roanoke and thanks for appearing on the JTS blogtalk radio. Didn't get to listen to the entire show but you guys here on C4P are setting the standard on how to represent the Governor.
