The Top Ten Sarah Palin Quotes
Vicki McClure Davidson at The Frugal Café decided to mark the end of the year with – surprise, surprise – a “best of” list. So then she had to think about her “top ten” – and it didn’t take long....
So, here’s my “best Top Ten” list to add to the eclectic mix… my Top 10 Sarah Palin Quotes. How anyone can actually hate this incredible, classy woman is simply mind-blowing. Sarah is no typical politician… she has definitely made 2009 far more interesting and hopeful. Through her continued conservative, patriotic efforts, 2010 should prove to be even more so.
Vicki, true to the format of those audience voting elimination show, ranked them in no particular order – so here are her first two
1. No one expects us to agree on everything. But we are expected to govern with integrity, good will, clear convictions, and… a servant’s heart.
2. At its most basic level, conservatism is a respect for history and tradition, including traditional moral principles. I do not believe I am more moral, certainly no better, than anyone else, and conservatives who act “holier than thou” turn my stomach. So do some elite liberals. But I do believe in a few timeless and unchanging truths, and chief among those is that man is fallen. This world is not perfect, and politicians will never make it so. This, above all, is what informs my pragmatic approach to politics.
I would guess that each of us would be able to make our own top ten of Sarah Palin quotes but to be frank Vicki’s list seems fine to me. Maybe someone could print them on a small card and flood the nation with them – wouldn’t Brooks and Frum explode!!!

I want to wish everyone a happy and blessed New Year and I really think Sarah Palin is going to be not only our next President but also the first female President of the United States of America. My crystal ball told me so....
I can agree with all of those quotes except for the one on sports. But that is my personal opinion. We certainly had a lot of quotes to choose from.
Yap... I will be making some cards with those Sarah Palin quotes. They are timeless. They are full of common sense.

In a few years they'll come out with a book called "The Quotable Sarah Palin" there'll be so many of them.
"Death Panels" was the greatest, most important quote since "Evil Empire" imo. Both quotes were attacked viciously by the Left because they knew how <span>effective</span> they were, and by Frum/Brooks RINO types because, deep down, they think the Left's cool (which is a reason to pity them on some level I guess).

I only have two that I think are tops. 1) in her book when she attempted to fly and then picked herself up and said, "That didn't work". 2) "Terrorists, we are going to kill you!" and Okay, 3) "Deathpanels"

One of my favorite recent Sarah Palin quotes is from a tv interview. To protect American lives . . . "Profile away."

A common American expression. Typical. Some speak Harvard English. Some speak Oxford English. Palin speaks American.

It allows her, in two words, to Americans, to express the extreme level of effort, and even attitude, she believes should be brought toward protecting American lives. (And it also reminds me of those short, direct, Reagan answers.)

She would protect Americans as a mother bear protects her cubs. If you ever see a mother bear with cubs in the woods, it’s probably already too late, but the last thing you want to do is mess with her cubs.

One of my best quote by Sarah is..."God does not drive parked cars". That quote rekindled the passion in me to pursue something I had kind of lost some passion for. I am now busy with it and enjoying the benefits. Gov. Palin...you are indeed great.

It's actually a rare New Year's Eve with a blue moon, as in "once in a blue moon," as in, the second full moon in a month!

I can't see the moon because it's cloudy with intermittent rain and snow. But there was a partial lunar eclipse tonight that could have caused the moon to be reddish. Also if it's low on the horizon from where they are it will look reddish orange.

Sorry dud but I think that you are so wrong. I eat and I kill what I eat. I agree with Sarah, Alaskans love all of our animals. Right beside our mashed potatoes. And all you suckfaces who take goverment handouts suck.
