Hey Crooks and Liars, It Appears that Josef Jarod Lied to You
Though we already discussed part of the Crooks and Liars purported "Exclusive" on Governor Palin's performance as a motivational speaker in the thread below, I neglected to mention that the person that the radical leftists at Crooks and Liars relied on for their "exclusive" may have lied to them.
Once again, the left needs to recognize the beauty of videotape and how lies can be caught pretty easily when video is available.
I'll concede that judging an audience's reaction is subjective for the most part (you be the judge of how the audience is reacting in the following video). However, Josef did more than give his opinion as to the audience reaction...he actually directly quoted Palin as saying the following:
During one incredulous example of a way to get motivated describing a bed time fairy-tale she told to her daughter: "Last night Piper asked me to tell her a bedtime story and I said 'YOU BETCHA,' let me tell you about two brothers named Abel and Cain..."
The problem for Josef is that the video clearly establishes that she doesn't say "YOU BETCHA" and that the story Palin said that she told Piper was Esther. She never said "two brothers named Abel and Cain" as Josef claimed she did.
The video establishes that Josef appears to have made not one, but two mistakes when claiming to directly quote from Palin herself. I would think a reporter wouldn't make such an embarrassing mistake when claiming to directly quote from a speaker. That Josef appears to have made such a blatant mistake probably should send off alarm-bells in the minds of the radical leftists at Crooks and Liars that perhaps, his account of the event is not credible. But then again, the name of the blog may be indeed be quite appropriate in this instance.

Whats's up with these leftis bloggers and the names of their blogs. They so aptly titled. The Immoral Minority, Crooks and Liars, Mudflats, etc. These names so accurately described the denizens that peruse them.
That aside, I've been to one of these Get Motiviated! events before. It's a good deal for what you get, and you can learn a lot.

I agree, they do fear her. She really does need to hone in on more intellectual arguments because if she is to be a candidate in the running, she's going to have to face critics that she doesn't want to and you know that they're gonna look for that "gotcha" question. I like her plainspeak. I don't personally like to plainspeak as I just think she's a normal person and performs normal actions like writing something on your hand.....honestly, I remember that being the rage in grade and high school, but I hope you all take the word with a grain of salt. :) I personally think it's horrible that the left is attacking where she went to school. I mean seriously, do they not get how rude it is to make fun of a public institution?
I just commented at that stupid site to let people know that Crooks and Liars are aptly named. I am sick of everyone taking pot shots at Sarah including good ole Megs McCain on "The View." That girl needs to be reminded that she does not know what she is talking about! Sarah has taken a lot of heat for sticking by McCain even though he is a RINO. Just go to any Conservative Sites.
Someone on Sarah's Team better let Sarah know that the McCains are still disrespecting her via the MSM. It's one thing to be attacked by moronic lefty blogs but to have Meg McCain stick a knife in is beyond treacherous and disgraceful.
Naw. You shouldn't allow yourself to get soo spun up by some of these people. Megan Mccain is a small fish. Repubs don't want her and neither do the dems tbh.

But the story of Esther and that of Cain and Abel are two very different stories. If the story of Esther is all that Sarah Palin said that morning, it's sure enough to get me motivated. I don't know about those there though.
Crooks and Liars is a lefty site that has been around for awhile. They got going real strong during Bush's Second Term. Right now they are stuck with defending the indefensible, a Regime which is driving the country off the fiscal cliff.
Trust me: the reason why they are attacking Palin the way they do is because they are in the world's worst political position: Progressive True Believers who bought into Obama's bullshit about the Radiant Future under Hope and Change.
It has all come to naught, and the Progs are left holding the bag. They were lied to by their own guy, who turned out to be nothing but an ambitious Chicago con man.
It truly sucks to be them. It does. And Palin is growing more powerful by the day, and there is nothing they can do about it but scream at the wall.
