The Pundits Say, Fox News Roundup
Fox & Friends Discuss Gov Palin TPC Speech:
Gretchen Carlson: “I think she did it on purpose, yeah, cause I think it’s an exact opposite of reading off the teleprompter, reading off complete script written for you with every word in a sentence and here she’s just taking crib notes on her hand, it makes it looks as if she can just talk off the cuff and she just jotted down a few couple of notes before she went on to give a big long speech”
Megyn Kelly talks to Rich Lowry (National Review Editor) and Mary Anne Marsh (Democratic Strategist and former Kerry advisor)
Talking to Bill O'Reilly Brit Hume noted that Governor Palin's interview with Chirs Wallace on Fox News Sunday was "Impressive", her best interview yet:

If Sarah runs and wins I'm so looking forward to Greta as Press Seceratary
Thanks Sheya!

Ummm...In the Megan Kelly segment, I found these words by NRO’s editor Rich Lowry on Mitt Romney to be interesting.

Lowry: “…about Mitt Romney being yesterday’s news, the Republican Party has a tendency to nominate yesterday’s news, it’s a very kind of regal party where they nominates the next one in line, and I think that probably Mitt Romney is the next one in line, but uh, he would be a very weak front runner and this thing is wide open and again that is why Palin would be foolish to close the door.”
Two things, the first and most obvious is that he said Romney is a “very weak front runner”. Second, didn’t Lowry essentially say that Romney is “yesterday’s news”?

Thanks for all your hard work Sheya! Megyn Kelly would make a fine press secretary.
Good morning folks!
Sarah Rocks!
I need help. I took a picture of my hand for Sarah's birthday with my message to her, and my computer does not pick up my HP digital camera as a device, so I can upload.
And where can I send it to on here for her birthday message from all of us?
Thanks!
My prediction for 2011: Palin will anounce late that she is running for Pres 2012... on Reagan's 100th birthday!
I did it!!! Nevermind, I uploaded from the memory card!
OMG.
Nice try Palin-bots. Idiots like Gretchen Carlson and company would like to have us believe that Palin's hand-gaffe was just
crib notes for the speech, therefore a purposeful play on the teleprompter meme.
Sorry, but the answers on Sarah's hand were used during the Q&A also raising the possibility that she knew the pre-screend answers before hand.
The point is that the idea that she looks impressive because she used "crib notes" for her speech( a speech she was clearly reading from her "lecturn")
is a lie. Nice try. The story is that Sarah needed help to remind her what her top priorities as POTUS would be.
Lame!
Hi, Phil how's the weather up there, or Sherry, or whoever the fill in person is today at the netroots
Narcisco,
Sorry buddy. The truth does hurt, doesn't it?
narc,
it's actually the Trig-troofer douchebag "young4eyes" who was banned here long ago. Hit the flag button and ignore it.
I noticed that point, too. He said Scott Brown and Sarah Palin make Mitt Romney look like yesterday's man. That's exactly what I thought after Scott Brown won. They are both from Massachusetts which made the comparison even more obvious.
Trig-Troofer?
Sorry, you have mistaken for someone who cares about conspiracies.
Notice how you won't respond to the truths I have presented. Interesting...
How about Brit Hume? He was a White House correspondent for many years.
He is right on about that. I think this blog should not be too anti-Romney. I think he is the best option to be Sarah's Treasury Secretary. He's very capable. Rudy as Attorney General, McCain as Sec Defense, Liz Cheney as Sec State, Bolton as National Security Advisor. You have to have a nice cross section of moderates and conservatives.
The lady who was John Kerry's adviser was actually quite fair to Sarah. She didn't hyperventilate or make snarky remarks like a lot of Obots do. I'm sure she disagrees with Sarah on a lot of the issues, but she was mature and acknowledged Palin Power. She even gave Sarah a point in her favor for "Hi Mom!".
Dennis Miller would be good. He'd make absolute fools of the press corps/corpse.
I agree, Ted. I don't think we should be too anti-Romney. We could support Sarah and point out why she's a better choice than Romney without being too snarky. Romney would make a good Treasury Secretary in a Palin administration.
Great round-up Sheya. Thanks so much for your hard work. They all had interesting takes. Kudos to Kirsten for smacking down Andrea Mitchell. Megyn Kelly is cool. Mary Anne Marsh was actually pretty fair.
I don't know. The Rombots online often say that Sarah would make a great Secretary of Energy, and as a Palin fan I read that as something of an insult. Romney for Treasury! Would that sting?
Wow, a pretty successful weekend for Mrs. Palin. I believe that any other Republican hopeful for 2012 would kill for the coverage she has received.
