The Associated Press reports that Alaska Superior Court Judge Patrick McKay has denied serial anklebiter Andree McLeod's request that he reconsider his "ruling that state law doesn't forbid the use of private e-mail accounts to conduct state business."
More background on the case can be found here.

exit question: will she finally admit she is a loon?
I feel sorry for these loons. They can't win in the courts so they get the corrupt LSM to do their lying dirty work.
It's Deja vu, all over again.
TAKE THAT YOU WING-ED SPAWN OF SATAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Andree: Now get back on that horse and try, try again. The 156th time will be the charm.

Ya know, my life ain't perfect, but I could NEVER imagine living a life where my constant obsession is one human being. That Andree MacLeud is one sick freak. Her obsession for Sarah Palin is beyond just someone not liking her, she is a NUT CASE
How many more trees have to die, before this fruit looper gets put in a padded cell?
Think of the trees!
She gives cereal a bad name.
Toucan Andree
George Soros: Check is in the mail. Next time, show more emotion and tears in front of the judge da'ling.
LOL - road runnered again beep beep!
yes, where is the OUTCRY from the Green Activist Contingent! Maybe The Once will create a new commission to investigate these crimes against trees.
The sad thing is there will probably be a next time!
***BREAKING NEWS***
Dick Wolff, executive producer of the original "Law & Order" and "Law & Order - Special Victims Unit" TV series and staunch Barack Obama supporter, will be launching a new extension of the franchise this fall.
Andree McLeod will be starring in "Law & More Law". NBC is releasing very few details at this time, but did say it will follow an obsessive disgruntled wannabee employee who files frivilous lawsuits against a private citizen. Unlike how every episode of the "Law & Order" franchise would end with an answer of "We the jury find them Guilty or Not Guilty", this series will always leave the viewers with "To Be Continued."
Something makes me think that Andree is a nightmare ex-girlfriend.
Can you imagine her scorned?
Do you think she sees Governor Palin as an old boyfriend that scorned her?
Please don't send me any therapist bills, after contemplating that scenario. I cannot be held responisble for Andree's thought process.
serial ankle biter..... hillarious!
Sorry, OT, but relating to courts. Isn't the 9th circuit court the particularly liberal court?:

If so, this is a pleasant surprise! :)
"The lie is already halfway around the world before Judge McKay could get McLeod's (truth) pants on."
My Oh My!... poor Judge McKay! Having to put pants on a mouth like McLeod!... don't even want to go there!
Nancy, I like your reasoning. Palin is like the ex-boyfriend. Perhaps if we can leak this new story to the AP, they will in turn leak it to the GOP establishment and then WHAMMY....Palin is one of them. Man to Man and on their level and willing to compete for their GOP Presidential nod.
Brilliant!
Judge rules no, the cow did not jump over the moon.
Oh yeah! That is a great idea!:)
Being a man is the one thing that would get that, "are you smart enough" ScHmIdT off the table.
Good thinking!:)
Again.
How does Andree keep wriggling out of her straightjacket?
It rivals Houdini.
Thanks for your continued attention to proper spelling, Nancy ; )
Have you people no respect for the law?

There's a new adage... Illusionist McLeod travels half way around her Illusive Illusions chasing Illusions of grandeur!
The AP reports that McLeod has leave to refer this matter to the Supreme Court.
Will it be Judge Andree presiding?

Judge Falafel!
Narcisco posted the link to this article in the last thread, it's a very long one but worth everyone's time: http://reagantman.blogtownhall.com/2010/03/11/behind_the_palin_smears_from_axelrod_to_mudflats_and_moore.thtml
Andree is not known for letting to of anything....
------------
I took another caller that summer, Andree McLeod, with a grain of salt.
In 1997, after losing an eighteen-month battle seeking a permit to sell falafel on street corners, Andree the Gadfly, as many called her, ran for mayor of Anchorage. City officials had spiked Andree's falafel stand idea, deeming homeade chickpea sandwiches a potential health hazard, and she was ticked. But she lost the mayor's race. In 2002, she ran a losing campaign for the state house with yard signs that featured an ill-advised logo of giant red lips and the slogan "Kiss of special interests." She lost again two years later.
Andree, who had once listed her occupation as "whistleblower" on a candidate survey, was a too-frequent caller to my home. My kids dreaded hearing her voice, but the only way I could get anything done during her long, one-sided conversations was to put her on the speakerphone while I'd go on cooking dinner and washing dishes. She ranted in the background, dumping piles of compliments, complaints, and curses on my head. She implored me to run for office and wrote glowing letters to the editor about me, but her motivation in communicating with me wasn't so much "pro-Palin" as "anti-everyone else." In those days, her target was Murkowski, and she thought I needed to bring him down.

If only they would have let her have her chickpeas, this all could have been avoided.
"Kiss off" not "Kiss of."
Falafels or cow tongue tacos..... it could all have been so different if only she'd made the right choice.
Her response, to Andree's complaint about the wardrobe of female staff is classic "Cleave Czar, I'll get right on that"
ROFL!!! riley4palin you are awesome. While I must confess that Nancy is my favorite commenter at C4P, you are closing the gap. The two of you together leave my sides splitting. Keep it up please.
*Disclaimer* I like the rest of you guys also. This post is not meant to reflect negatively on the rest of the C4P community.
Chief,
It's hard to get through a C4P thread without busting a gut, isn't it! There are so many great, funny, and ROTFLOL comments! I think riley, is a treasure!
I love the people here, the supporters of Governor Palin are THE BEST! That includes you, so thankful you are here!:)
God bless you!
For Andree the original ethics compliant was free , am i right to assume that after that she or some one is having to pay court and lawyer fees for all these appeals or am i missing something.
I thought this one was already squared away.
