It’s the law, guys.
October 1st arrived and the Obamacare website went live:
The Administration crowed that many would rush to sign up
Gimme, Gimme, Gimme!
That it would be easy to enroll and plans would be cheap
We want to. We really, really want to.
Three weeks in and how has it gone so far, kids?
First, hardly anyone could get through the first levels of enrollment
Huh…my player keeps dying
Those who did get through hit a wall of confused “Navigators“
No one knows I’m a cat…
I’m being generous. They ran right into a wall of sass mouthing, don’t give a smack, unhelpful goobers
You and me both, kiddo.
The plans are actually not very cheap. Some are more than double the quoted estimate.
This is not what the President and that other Old President said would happen
So, the roll out isn’t going so well and the President gave a speech to say it’s just “glitches,” they’ll sort it out soon
Whereupon every programmer who looked at the Obamacare code replied
They didn’t say anything. They just laughed maniacally. Some cried.
Some, like Joan Walsh, are pretty upset at folks for not having faith in the “system.”
And by that I mean “Obama.” Unfaithful mud eaters.
But even the most aggressive Water Boys realize this Obamacare roll out has been quite a face plant
Smells like failure, too.
While the Administration figures out who to blame for this expensive, epic fail of a website
Oh, they’ll find one.
Those poor souls who were promised easily accessible and cheap healthcare
By March 31, or you’re all criminals
And those who just had their wallets raided and/or insurance dropped
Look on the bright side:
Alcohol is still legal
