Democrat Party Pollster: Begich’s Lead Over Governor Palin Has Declined By 75% in One Year

A contest between Governor Palin and Mark Begich is looking very unlikely because the Governor appears extremely unlikely to run. However, it’s worth citing because a lot of people cited the PPP(D) Alaska Senate poll from a year ago, which showed Begich leading the Governor 54-38. Today, PPP(D) finds the margin to be 44-40, which is roughly the same margin that Treadwell and Sullivan face against Begich. Most of the undecideds are Republican or Republican-leaning voters.
