ABC’s Martha Raddatz succumbs to Trump’s power of persuasion

‘This Week’ anchor Martha Raddatz succumbed to Donald Trump’s powers of persuasion during this mornings broadcast.

The ABC host was reading aloud a tweet Trump had posted:

What happened next is convincing evidence of Trump’s influential abilities:

Did Raddatz, who has publicly gushed over Hillary for many years, reveal her inner beliefs when she intuitively called her “Crooked Hillary Clinton”?

Although that isn’t what Trump wrote in his tweet, the words flowed forth instinctively from Raddatz.

ABC News confirmed the verbiage in their transcript from this weeks show:

RADDATZ: And just quickly, Dan, you said the Republicans are already seizing on this and — and Donald Trump, as well. And it does have resonance. He said, “It is impossible for the FBI not to recommend criminal charges against “crooked Hillary Clinton.” What she did was wrong. What Bill did was stupid.”

I trust we’ll hear a lot more about that.

BALZ: I’m sure we will. (ABC News)

No word yet from Martha on how she intends to vote this November.
