FBI Director Comey Reviews 650,000 Emails in 691,200 Seconds

It was mere a eight days ago that FBI Director James Comey revealed to congressional leaders that his bureau was now in possession of 650,000 emails retrieved from a seized laptop computer belonging to Huma Abedin and Anthony Weiner.

Dozens of mainstream media outlets reported concretely that this trove included ten’s of thousands of emails forwarded from Hillary Clinton’s private server to Abedin’s personal account, where they were stored on her home laptop computer.

It was widely reported that among these emails were thousands of documents that were not reviewed during the FBI’s initial investigation

Director Comey dumbfounded the nation yesterday, announcing that his agency had reviewed this new massive data dump, and had found nothing that would change the result of their prior email investigation.

It took the FBI well over a year to review the mere 30,000 emails that were allowed to survive on Hillary Clinton’s private server. And now we are to believe that the FBI was able to sift through these 650,000 emails in a mere eight days.

There is little doubt that Director Comey has found himself in an untenable position. Under pressure from 100’s of FBI agents seeking justice for the Clintons’, against the desires of his superiors in the Obama administration, desperate to protect their Democratic nominee.

What are the American people to believe? Are we to believe that Director Comey was able to oversee the review of 650,000 emails in a minuscule fraction of the time that it took that very same agency to review 30,000 emails?

Is that a plausible scenario?

Or is it much more likely that Comey surrendered to immense pressure from President Barack Obama and Attorney General Loretta Lynch to provide flimsy cover yet again for their chosen successor, Hillary Rodham Clinton.

While we cannot know at this time what forces led Comey to provide once again a measure of cover for Secretary Clinton, the truth will win out. It always does.

The FBI agents on the ground who are aware of the truth, will see that truth revealed.
