Trump spokesman refutes reports that Kellyanne Conway ‘went rogue’ on Mitt Romney

Trump communications director Jason Miller said that former campaign manager Kellyanne Conway had Donald Trump’s direct permission to voice her opinions on the possible selection of Mitt Romney as secretary of state.

Conway appeared this past Sunday on three network morning news shows where she acknowledged receiving a “deluge” of very negative feedback from Trump supporters and loyalists, upset that Romney was being considered for a position in the Trump administration.

Miller said that early reports from MSNBC that Conway had gone ‘rogue’, against the wishes of President-elect Trump were not true.
