Former campaign manager Kellyanne Conway joined the morning hosts of Fox & Friends to discuss her just disclosed appointment to a senior position in the pending Trump administration.
Conway will hold the title of ‘counselor to the president’, a position previously held by such notables as Edwin Meese in the Reagan administration and David Gergen for Bill Clinton. The position was created during the administration of Richard Nixon, where it was assigned cabinet-rank, and remained at that level until 1993.
Conway discussed her historic role as the first female to successfully head a campaign for a presidential candidate, and policy challenges facing the Trump administration.
